Jordan is the Director of Operations at NTegrity Legal Group, where he helps lead internal systems, workflows, and client experience across complex legal matters. He brings years of administrative and client-facing experience, with a background spanning both the music and legal industries and a consistent focus on clarity, organization, and people-first service. Originally from Cleveland, Jordan attended Ohio State University and later spent several years in Los Angeles, where his early professional experience shaped a practical, collaborative approach to operations and communication. Today, he applies that perspective to building scalable processes that support legal teams and the clients they serve. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family. |
