David E. Nager
Founding Attorney, NTegrity Legal Group In 1990, David E. Nager began representing injured workers in Cleveland courtrooms. Over the next three decades, he would help thousands of clients secure the compensation and medical benefits that allowed them to keep their homes, support their families, and move forward. Those cases resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars recovered. Early in his career, David stood across the table from an employer on behalf of his own father after a devastating workplace injury. The outcome of that case determined whether his family would remain financially stable. He secured the benefits his father needed. The experience stayed with him. In 1999, David opened his own firm. What began as a small practice grew into the largest workers’ compensation and personal injury law firm in Ohio’s history. He led it for more than twenty years, building a statewide team and arguing cases at every level of the legal system, including the Ohio Supreme Court. He has served in leadership roles within the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and worked to strengthen protections for injured workers across the state. In 2024, he founded NTegrity Legal Group to bring that experience to clients nationwide in mass torts, wage and hour class actions, and medical malpractice. David still approaches each case the same way he did at the start of his career. He reads every file. He prepares thoroughly. He understands that behind every claim is a family waiting for stability.
